My Journey

With more than 25 years of experience as a GPhC-registered pharmacist, I've worked across many NHS settings, gaining hands-on experience in clinical pharmacy. My journey in the world of healthcare started at De Montford University, one of the longest-established schools of pharmacy in the UK. Thereafter I fulfilled many roles including, pre-reg training, clinical pharmacist, area manager, superintendent and eventually fulfilling my ambitions of being a contractor of my own pharmacy.

Despite fulfilling the many roles throughout my career, which allowed me to encounter people from all walks of life, I was always at my happiest when I was able to help someone, especially when it was concerning their health. This is what led me to start the Clinical Pharmacy Hub.

We live in a world where there is no shortage of information; however filtering out what is accurate and useful has become even more difficult due to the plethora of unreliable and misleading information flooding the internet and social media. The purpose of the Clinical Pharmacy Hub is to provide a one-stop source of trustworthy, consise and informative guides intended to educate and inform our readers on topics that are relevant to them.
